“Go Further”
Mustang, GT, GT350, GT350R
The Mustang used to be a muscle car on the level of the Challenger, but Ford has worked hard to change that. Finally eschewing the traditional leaf spring setup, the Mustang is a full on sports car, especially in the higher GT trims.
Focus ST and RS
Ford recently canceled its entire car line, with the exception of the to-be-released “Focus Active,” which is a shame for fans of fun hatchbacks. While not quite on the level of the VW GTI and Golf R, this performance pair provides plenty of excitement, usually at a lower price than their German rivals.
F-150 and F-150 Raptor
The undisputed sales king of pickups got that title for a reason. Recently redesigned using more aluminum, its wide variety of strong engine, cab, bed and trim options means there’s something for everyone. The popularity comes with high price tags, though, and little room for negotiation at buying time.
Fiesta ST
The Fiesta ST is one of the best performance bargains of recent memory. A quick little hatchback only available with a manual transmission and a very affordable base price, this pocket rocket will be sorely missed when Ford eventually kills off the entire nameplate for the USA.
Fusion
As stated above, this is the last generation for most of Ford’s small cars, including the Fusion. Luckily, the Fusion is still a great choice for those looking for a stylish, inexpensive mid-sized sedan. Declining sales means negotiating a deal should be easier than on more popular competitors.
